I did a mistake to lose my account details and when I went to fix the problem and recover my account details, they adviced me to register a new account because they was not able to recover my old account details. After I lost about 300$ in two of their casinos and sent them all of my personal documents, they have decided to close my accounts on all of their casinos because I was helding ``multiple accounts`` at one of their casinos ! Note that if I had won they would have NOT paid my winnings, but only my last deposit back, nothing less and nothing more. (Thank God I did not won a random jackpot !) Their casinos are WinPalace, SlotsJungle, Casino Titan, GoldenCherry, Mayflower, and Grand Macao.

Also, ALL THE TIME, they and their rogue affiliates where spoiling me with lots of SPAM GARBAGE emails even if I did took steps to fight to stop that crap business practive. NADA ! They CONTINUE to spam me EVEN NOW after I`ve got all my accounts closed by them ! 

ONCE AGAIN, AVOID AT ALL COSTS ! These SCUMBAGS ARE OF THE WORST KIND ! AVOID ! AVOID !

So I played Slots, Craps, Blackjack and one around 1600.00. I looked at their "withdraw procedure" seemed simple and offred, Western Union under 300.00, Bank Wires, and O/E withdraw where you request it and they just mail you a check...right????....Wrong....! First I decided to use the O/E spoke with "Alex" pon live chat he said no problem, once is is approved a check will be sent to your address. I noticed when I clicked the O/E withdraw and entered 1000.00 it was immediately deducted from my account balance. The next morning I chated live with "Sean" who said I need to complete the withdraw forms.....yes many many requirements. Not easy at all, (that is if you were to ever get paid) It is designed to discourage you from trying to withdraw your money.

Copy of both sides of your credit card

Copy of your drivers license

copy of you utility bill

Even maybe a letter from your credit card company stating you are the user......what rubbish.

Long story short, I asked "Sean" after I filled out the form and faxed all of the documents, how long before i get my 1000.00? He said, wait there is a problem with your gambling. He said I used a 200.00 bonus and all of my winnings are "VOID". Silver Oaks Casino is a RIPP OFF....RIPP...OFF...!!!
